Why they differ

Poured, not pressed.

Stones settle a fraction as the resin sets. Gold leaf drifts. A crystal placed level tilts by a degree overnight and catches the light that way for the rest of its life. The photographs represent the design; your finished box will have slight handmade variations of its own.
