How soon your order ships
Please allow 3–5 business days before shipment, as each piece is made to order. This is the production period; it does not include the carrier’s delivery time.
What shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping service available for your order, and shown before you pay.
How long delivery takes
Delivery time depends on the shipping service selected and your destination. Carrier estimates begin after your package has been shipped and are separate from the time needed to make your piece.
Tracking
When your order leaves the House you receive an email with its tracking number. Your order page always shows where it is.
If you entered the wrong address
Please contact the House as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Shipping addresses can be updated before shipment. Once a package has shipped, it cannot be guaranteed that it can be redirected.
If your package is delayed or missing
Check the latest tracking information first, then contact the House with your order number if you need help. Sancia will help you review the shipment and determine the next steps with the carrier.
