How this works

Made to order

Each piece is individually handcrafted to order. Natural variations in shaping, stone, color, and placement make every finished creation uniquely its own. The photographs represent the design you are ordering; your finished piece may have slight handmade variations.

Recreating a design

Some designs can be recreated. Handmade details and natural materials vary, so two pieces will never be completely identical.

Custom requests

Submitting a request is not an order and does not guarantee availability or acceptance. Every request is reviewed personally, and nothing is agreed until Sancia has confirmed it in writing.

Buying

Pieces are bought here, on this website. Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe on its own secure page; card details never reach this website.

Your order is placed when the payment is confirmed. You receive an email and a private link to your order, and work on your piece begins.

Each piece is made to order, so please allow 3–5 business days before shipment. In the rare case a piece cannot be made or sent, you are refunded in full.

Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout, before you pay.

Processing, cancellations and returns

Cancellations and changes are possible within 24 hours of ordering, before work on your piece begins. All sales are final otherwise; a wrong, damaged or defective item is reviewed and resolved. The full terms are on the Cancellations & Returns page.
